Dr. Muldoon received his degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed his residency training at the historic)( Kern Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency at Michigan Surgical Hospital in Warren, Michigan.
Throughout residency training, Dr. Muldoon was educated in all aspects of podiatric care with an emphasis on surgical skills. His training was largely focused on reconstructive surgery, diabetic limb salvage, and wound care. Although well trained surgically, Dr. Muldoon believes in a conservative approach when appropriate and puts great focus on patient-centered care.
Dr. Muldoon is on staff at Allegan General Hospital and Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital. He is a Member of the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Additionally, Dr. Muldoon is board qualified in both podiatric medicine and foot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Muldoon is originally from the small town of Three Rivers, in southwest Michigan. He, along with his wife, Megan, and son, Gareth, are very excited to be returning to west Michigan. Outside of work he enjoys outdoor activities including soccer, trail running, and hiking with his basset hound, Winston.
